Insurance

Prior to your visit, you will be asked for your insurance information. We accept most major insurance plans. Please call 202-865-3350 to verify acceptance of your insurance or the need for a referral.

Co-payment

Many benefit plans require that you make a small co-payment. Your co-payment will be collected at the time of your visit.
